About Us
GOLDEN HOUR COFFEE CO. WAS INSPIRED BY THE SIMPLE, BEAUTIFUL TRUTH THAT
—some of life’s best moments begin with a cup of coffee in hand.
We’re Andrea and Honorio, partners in life, love, and the heart behind Golden Hour Coffee Co.
Our story begins with roots that run deep. Honorio’s family is from Oaxaca, Mexico. Andrea’s roots trace back to Laos and Vietnam. As first-generation children of immigrants, we were raised on stories of resilience, sacrifice, and relentless hope. Our families crossed oceans and borders for the promise of something better, and in many ways, Golden Hour is our way of honoring that journey.
Coffee has always been more than just a drink for us. It’s how ideas are born, traditions are passed down, and community is built. It’s the early morning grind and the late-night dream. Golden Hour isn’t just a place to get your caffeine fix, it’s a space to slow down, connect, and feel seen.
We created this space to celebrate culture, challenge expectations, and inspire others; especially those who look like us, come from families like ours, or carry names that are often mispronounced—to take up space boldly. We’re here to disrupt stereotypes, redefine what entrepreneurship can look like, and prove that community-rooted success doesn’t have to come at the cost of identity.
This shop is a love letter to our families, our cultures, and to the next generation of dreamers and doers. Whether you're a familiar face or a new one, you’re welcome here. Take a breath. Share your story. Stay a while.
Golden Hour is yours, too.
